What’s Included:

• Cutting and TIG welding for install of the 70mm extension blocks into your existing KTM EXC/EXC-F swingarm
• Full preheating of both the swingarm and extension blocks for a strong, reliable weld
• Post-weld cooling and inspection to ensure structural integrity

Additional Charges May Apply:

• Swingarm Condition: The swingarm must be supplied bare and stripped down. If not, additional charges will apply for disassembly.
• Cleaning Requirements: The swingarm must be spotlessly clean. If deep cleaning is required before welding, additional charges will apply.

Important Notes:

• This service requires you to send your OEM KTM EXC/EXC-F PDS swingarm to us for modification.
• Turnaround time will depend on workload and condition of the swingarm upon arrival.
