Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

UK delivery is £4.99 for orders under £60 and free for UK orders over £60. Most UK orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch. International delivery charges and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

2bros-mx.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us straight away. We may ask to see proof of damage such as photographs so that we can rectify the issue at no cost to you as soon as reasonably possible. As soon as we have received satisfactory evidence a full refund including postage costs will be refunded or a replacement item sent. (Damaged items must also be returned at our (2bros-mx) expense, if a replacement or refund is sent).

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
