This VintCo reed valve kit is a newly manufactured replacement for Yamaha YZ490 and WR500 models, intended to restore proper reed valve operation when worn or damaged reeds cause poor running and difficult starting. Made with modern materials and manufacturing techniques for OEM-equivalent or better fitment and performance, it is CNC machined in the USA from high-quality material and rebuilds one side of one reed block.
