This VintCo cylinder sleeve is a replacement sleeve for vintage Maico 490 models from 1981 to 1982, intended for use where a complete replacement cylinder may be difficult to source. Manufactured in the USA for VintCo by Advanced Sleeve, it is designed for installation by an experienced and qualified machinist and uses modern manufacturing methods to provide OEM-equivalent or better fitment and performance. The port angles are set to reduce port-matching work, and the sleeve can be bored and honed to suit the stock-size VintCo piston kit.
