This VintCo cylinder sleeve is a cast-iron replacement sleeve for the 1980 Yamaha YZ80, intended for restoring serviceability when an original cylinder is difficult to source. Made in the USA for VintCo by Advanced Sleeve, it is produced using modern materials and manufacturing methods to provide OEM-level or better fitment and performance. The port angles are set to reduce the amount of port matching required, and the sleeve can be bored and honed to suit the stock-size VintCo piston kit. All dimensions are supplied for installation by an experienced and qualified machinist.
