VintCo SLY01B is a replacement cylinder sleeve for the 1980 Yamaha YZ125. It is manufactured in the USA for VintCo by Advanced Sleeve and is intended for vintage machines where a replacement cylinder can be difficult to source. Produced using modern materials and manufacturing techniques, it is designed for OEM-equivalent or better fitment and performance. The sleeve features correctly angled ports to reduce port-matching work, and full dimensions are provided for installation by an experienced, qualified machinist. It can also be bored and honed to suit a stock-size VintCo piston kit.
