This VintCo top end piston kit is for the 1979 Honda CR125 and is supplied as a complete set for a top-end rebuild. It includes a forged piston manufactured in Germany, rings, pin, clips, a top end bearing, and a full gasket set with head, base, intake and exhaust gaskets. The piston is MoS2 coated for running-in, and the kit is produced using modern materials and manufacturing methods for OEM-equivalent fit and performance. Rings will not work with the original chrome-plated Honda cylinder used on 1979 CR125 and 1978-80 CR250 models, and are compatible only with Nikasil plating or an iron liner.
