This VintCo PSS20-1.0 piston kit is a 48.5 mm (+1.0 mm oversize) replacement for 1986-1987 Suzuki RM80 models, intended for vintage 2-stroke top-end rebuilds. The kit includes the piston, rings, pin and clips, and is manufactured using modern materials and production methods to provide OEM-level fit and performance. The wrist pin bearing is available separately, and additional size options are also available for this application.
