This VintCo piston kit is designed for the 1981 Yamaha YZ80 and provides a replacement piston assembly for vintage 2-stroke engine rebuilding. Manufactured using modern materials and production techniques, it is intended to deliver OEM-equivalent fitment and performance. The kit includes the piston, rings, pin and clips, and the forged piston is MoS2-coated to support initial running-in. A wrist pin bearing is available separately, additional size options are available, and fitment can be checked against OEM part number references.
