This VintCo cylinder sleeve is a USA-made cast-iron replacement for 1980-1984 Suzuki PE175 models, produced for VintCo by Advanced Sleeve. It is intended to restore serviceability where an original cylinder is difficult to source, and is manufactured using modern production methods for OEM-style fit and performance. The ports are correctly angled to reduce port-matching work, and the supplied dimensions are intended for installation by an experienced, qualified machinist. The sleeve can be bored and honed to suit the stock-size VintCo piston kit.
