This USA-made cast-iron cylinder sleeve is a replacement for the 1978 Suzuki RM400, intended for restoring worn or damaged original cylinders on vintage machines. Made for VintCo by Advanced Sleeve, it is produced using modern materials and manufacturing methods for fitment and performance comparable to or better than OEM. The sleeve is designed for installation by an experienced and qualified machinist, with correctly angled ports to reduce port-matching work, and it can be bored and honed to suit the stock-size VintCo piston kit.
