CYLINDER SLEEVE 77-81 SUZUKI RM 80 49mm VINTCO SLS10A

This cast-iron cylinder sleeve is a replacement liner for 1977-1981 Suzuki RM80 models, intended for rebuilding original cylinders where complete replacements can be difficult to source. Made in the USA for VintCo by Advanced Sleeve, it is manufactured using modern materials and production techniques and is designed to provide OEM-level or better fit and performance. The ports are correctly angled to reduce the amount of port-matching work required, and the sleeve can be bored and honed to suit the stock-size VintCo piston kit. Installation dimensions are provided for use by an experienced and qualified machinist.
