Kits include a connecting rod, crank pin, crank pin bearing, top-end bearing, and thrust washers. These high-quality replacement kits are crafted from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 material and case-hardened to 58-62 Rc for durability. An advanced design incorporates side scalloping and vent slots to minimize high-rpm bearing race distortion.

The rods are double-forged for improved grain flow and dimensional consistency, shot-peened, and double-honed for enhanced strength under heavy loads. Small ends are double-drilled to ensure optimal lubrication and cooling to the wrist pin bearing, especially critical when the piston crown is close to the wrist pin. Thrust washers and crank pin bearings are silver-coated for additional lubricity.
