Steering Race Removal Tool.  

Steering Race Remover makes head tube bearing race removal easy. Tool is designed to be pulled through the steering tube until the flared ends snap in behind the race. A blow on the tool head removes the bearing race. Fits most small steering stems with bearing race from 25-48mm inner diameter.
